Over the years we have found that the best pricing structure for our clients is the Time and Material method. We set an hourly rate for our craftsmen and supervision and bill weekly. We will establish a budget to work off of and inform the homeowner if it looks as though there is a change. We fill out Daily Job Logs and request a client signature. The Daily Job Log informs the client of how worked and how many hours, what materials where purchased, and what work was accomplished. We have found that this is a great way to manage our remodeling division and is fair to the client and to ourselves.
