Employing products that are proven to be healthier throughout their lifecycle, from the manufacturing process to ultimate product to eventual reuse/recycling, such as paints, finishes, & flooring with low or no VOC (volatile organic compounds), FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood, and Trex decking.

Shrinking the amount of waste created during the project by cooperating with local firms in order to reuse everything possible and recycle the residue.
