Employing products that are verified to be healthier during their lifecycle, from the manufacturing process to final product to eventual reuse/recycling, such as paints, finishes, & flooring with low or no VOC (volatile organic compounds), FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood, and Trex decking.

Shrinking the quantity of waste created throughout the project by cooperating with local businesses in order to reuse everything possible and recycle the rest.

Construct employing quality products and time-tested methods that guarantee the durability and design of the project for generations to come.
