We take this responsibility very seriously and as such are committed to building as green as possible on all projects. Fortunately, attractive homes and green building (environmentally conscious building) are not mutually exclusive.
By using the healthiest products available, reducing the construction waste generated throughout the project, and building quality projects, we help ensure sustainability of a healthy environment for all, now and in the future. We accomplish this goal through various means, such as:
- Using products that are proven to be healthier throughout their lifecycle, from the manufacturing process to final product to eventual reuse/recycling, such as paints, finishes, & flooring with low or no VOC (volatile organic compounds), FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood, and Trex decking.
- Reducing the amount of waste generated throughout the project by working with area businesses in order to reuse anything possible and recycle the rest.
- Build using quality products and time-tested methods that ensure the durability and design of the project for generations to come.
