Bo Gustincic Bo joined our team in 2007 and brings with him over 20 years of experience in Project Management, sheduling and cost estimating. His project management,scheduling and cost estimating skills bring to our clients well organized and communicated construction costs and scheduling. He can give the client a sense of design with the help of his CAD program that allows the client to view new construction layout in 3D. His professionalism allows us to work easily with the City permit process, architects, engineers and designers. |

Maribeth Limcaco Maribeth is responsible for the Administrative Division of Arends Construction. She's the one making sure that your emergency is addressed in a timely manner. |

Manuel Lopez A Journeyman Carpenter, Manuel came to us from the local union. He runs Arends Construction's Remodeling Division. |

Frank Young Frank is an experienced bricklayer from Arizona. He is heading up our Concrete Countertop Division and also oversees all Outdoor Barbecue projects. |

Louise Jeffrey Louise has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science. She worked for the County of Humboldt in the Division of Environmental Health. She is in charge of running our Green Building Program which includes job recycling, advising clients on sustainable building materials, researching products that proven to be healthier throughout their life cycle and training staff on green building techniques. |
