Our mission is to work hand-in-hand with each client to build their dream at home. We have a very professional construction crew to include a framing team, landscape team, finish team and project managers. Our administrative support includes helping clients picking out fixtures, daily job logs emailed to client, project schedules and instant answers to questions. We do most of the work in house to include foundation, framing, sheetrock, painting, cabinet installation and tile. We supply clients with rough budgets and usually work on a Time and Material basis with a NOT TO EXCEED cap.

Founder Ken Arends has more than thirty years of experience in the construction industry. Over that time, he has worked in a variety of mediums, from everyday construction to high end residential remodels. He is a certified “green building professional” and has changed the business model to practice sustainable and eco friendly construction techniques. By implementing recycling, the use of No VOC paints, cotton insulation and running a company dump truck on Bio Diesel, all of our jobs are helping the environment.
